TREE DESCRIPTION

Movingui trees typically reach heights of 30-45 meters, with straight cylindrical trunks up to 1.2 meters in diameter. The bark is grayish-brown and flakes off in patches. This tree is native to West and Central Africa, mainly found in countries like Ghana and Cameroon.

WOOD DESCRIPTION

  • Color: Heartwood is golden yellow to light brown, occasionally with a greenish hue, while sapwood is pale yellow and distinct.
